- 1 cup unsweetened milk
- 3/4 chopped baby carrots
- 5 - 6 piece of 1 orange separated
- 2-3 spoons of unsweetened milk yogurt
- Coconut Water
- Take a small blender or Texet Nutriblender.
- Pour in carrots, oranges and 2 – 3 spoons of unsweetened milk yogurt
- Add 1 cup unsweetened milk and some coconut water
- Add some lemon juice depending upon the level of tartness you like
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy the morning smoothie.
