Cancellation Policy

The Hira Company Ltd (incorporating Texet Sales Ltd) is a proud family owned UK business specializing in the Manufacture, import and distribution of branded consumer products.

The Company itself was established in 1959 and is regarded as one of the UK’s largest supplier to major retail and trade outlets.

Cancellation by TEXET -

1. Though we always have inventory available for the products displayed on our website. However, at times order can be cancelled if receive heavy demands and hence fail to supply.

2. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit card account. 

Cancellation by the User -

Once an order is placed, customer can cancel the order within 24 hours.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to user's bank account with 30 working days.

In case the order is canceled after 24 hours, TEXET wil deduct the shipping charges and the balance amount will be returned back to the customer's account in 30 working days.
